If you are a buyer for a restaurant, institution, or grocery outlet in Antrim, Grand Traverse, or Leelanau counties, we deliver there year-round! Please check our store to see what is in season, and contact us to discuss wholesale discount details. If you are a food producer in these counties looking to move your products on a wholesale level, contact us to discuss how we can create simplified logistical relationships together.
Owning a share of a marketing and distribution system already in place saves you time and money and allows you to scale up, scale down, diversify, or specialize your crops more easily as needed. Reduce or eliminate redundant tasks and reclaim your precious time to raise your best produce or take respite from work. You can rely on cooperation to efficiently and economically sell and get your products to market! See Member Resources for further information on how our farmer-owned co-op works for you.
During this grant-writing season, we are interested in creating new partnerships to continue our grassroots effort to distribute locally-grown food to food deserts and larger population areas. As a non-profit cooperative, our legal structure lends strength, resiliency, and continuity to food distribution needs. Farms and food hubs should reach out to discuss how we can create mutually beneficial plans together.
Selling my products through the Torch Lake Co-op means I can specialize in meat and eggs while still providing shoppers with a well-rounded selection of fruit and vegetables.
Dean Witt, Witt Family Farm
I'm so happy that the co-op is here to help us get our produce out to people, it's so convenient!
Jack King, King Orchards
The co-op will allow me to focus on farming my best, instead of marketing and making deliveries.
Lukas Hamilton, Bellaire Nursery and Farm
I value the camaraderie inherent in helping each other succeed as farmers. The co-op has become the most efficient and enjoyable way of selling produce for me, and has allowed me to schedule my time more effectively.
Joanna Claire, Grass Lake Road Farm Stand
